Cap Table

The cap table shared within this document is a projection of the forthcoming corporate structure, anticipated in light of the entry of new investors from the seed funding round of 2 million euros, and the incorporation of an ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan) for current and future key personnel. This measure, strongly advocated by the new investors, had already been extensively contemplated by both the CEO and COO.

The implementation of an ESOP aligns with our strategy to not only incentivize our current team but also to attract future talent by offering them a stake in the company's growth and success. This approach has been recognized as crucial for fostering a committed and motivated workforce.

We intend to allocate up to 20% of Involve Space's equity for the ESOP. This significant allocation underscores our commitment to recognizing and rewarding the contributions of our team members to the company's achievements and future milestones.

Further details regarding the ESOP structure, eligibility criteria, and vesting schedules will be shared shortly with current investors. We believe that this initiative will play a pivotal role in aligning the interests of our employees with those of our shareholders, thereby contributing to the long-term success of Involve Space.
